DualHead2Go Connects Two Monitors to your Mac by Matrox

DualHead2GoMatrox has presented at the NAB its new version of the DualHead2Go, a device that connects two additional screens without overloading the computer’s graphics card. Ideal for combining with the use of a workstation like the Mac Pro or expand the capabilities of the MacBook Air among others.

The DualHead2Go has a port USB that will serve to connect the device to our team and be able to control the PowerDesk software and a DisplayPort connector for connecting the input signal. On the other side are the two connectors DVI for connecting displays with an output resolution up to 1920 × 1200 pixels per port . It also supports HDCP so it will allow users to view copy-protected content.

The DualHead2Go price will be $ 179 and will be available during the month of June .Alternatives do exist, in addition to the video output including the Mac, have an additional display cards using USB but the price they have better to wait and invest in the Matrox product, manufacturer with years of experience in the video item.
