VSPEX Proven Infrastructure

The EMC introduced the EMC VSPEX Proven Infrastructure – a simple, flexible and efficient reference architecture, which consists of the award-winning EMC’s data storage and backup solutions next generation with the finest in terms of virtualization, server, and networking technologies, from leading companies, strategic allies EMC, such as Brocade, the Cisco, the Citrix, the Intel, the Microsoft, and VMware.

The fourteen original “packages” (configurations) VSPEX represent various work scenarios that cover the most popular cases move to cloud computing. The main objective of the scenarios (user cases) this is to enable customers to accelerate deployment of private clouds to form and the appropriate interface for end-users. Customers who want to install a private cloud can choose between VMware vSphere 5.0 or Microsoft Windows Hyper-V support with 50-250 virtual servers, while the interface of the end user, there are choices of either VMware View, or of Citrix XenDesktop ®, which support 50 to 2000 images desktops. More details can be found in emc.com. Soon, VSPEX will be enriched with other configurations, depending on the demand will be shaped by the side of the business partners of EMC.  

The VSPEX Proven Infrastructure is now available from the local Velocity ™ partners of EMC. For the first time, EMC partners can fully exploit the design possibilities offered by EMC, to offer their customers the right solution based VSPEX. Also, EMC provides its partners with access to VSPEX labs in order to test, certify and present new applications and solutions VSPEX.
