Conclusions are drawn after a study by experts from Harvard University (USA) conducted on 120,000 people. Those who eat red meat are at risk of heart disease and cancer more, while eating chicken and fish can reduce the risk of premature death.
Among those who died in the process of participating in the study, the researchers said that about 7 to 9% of them can expect to be eating less red meat.
Processed red meat contains saturated fat, Natrri, nitrite and some carcinogens.
