New Software “Heaven” for OS X Graphical Workbenches

Heaven- New software for OS X graphical workbenches

A performance test graphics card has been focused on OS X. This is the test “Heaven” of Unigine, a 3D engine. This is one of the few tests (excluding recent games) undermining the graphics card and tie (maybe) advantage of OpenGL 3 in Leo.

The test uses recent techniques including tessellation. We can also compare performance with Windows (Direct3D or OpenGL). I did a test and Leo is doing pretty well against XP OpenGL or Direct3D (Xp is exceeded for Direct3D but OpenGL has more extensions that OS X).
