PC AT200:Toshiba Demonstrated “Slimmest Tablet” in the World

PC AT200-Toshiba Demonstrated Slimmest Tablet in the WorldToshiba at IFA 2011 demonstrated the “Slimmest Tablet PC” Named AT200.

The manufacturer said that the tablet is the thinnest in the world with 10.1-inch tablet – with a case thickness of 7.7 mm. iPad2 and Galaxy Tab 10.1 at the same time act as a catch-up – the thickness of 8.8 and 8.6 mm, respectively.

Now, about the characteristics. Filling Toshiba AT200 is a dual-core 1.2-GHz processor TI OMAP 4430, the amount of RAM is 1 GB. Resolution 10.1-inch display is already the standard 1280 × 800 pixels. In addition, the tablet has received up to 64 GB of internal memory, slot MicroSD, a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, as well as the front 2 megapixel camera, a standard set of adapters – Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, accelerometer, gyroscope, a light sensor, port and MicroUSB MicroHDMI.

Dimensions tablet – 256 × 176 × 7,7 mm, weight – about 560 in spite of the subtlety devaysa, claimed battery life on one charge up to 8 hours.Operated by new operating system Android 3.2 Honeycomb.

In Europe, the AT200 will go on sale later this year, the price the manufacturer has not yet reported.
