The Largest LAN Party in the World [Pictures]

How the world can attract a LAN party? Festivals organized DreamHack in Sweden attracts thousands of gamer who arrive with their pc, connected to a LAN and thrown to the face known to video games. Indeed, last year’s LAN party in the DreamHack managed to gather 12,754 computers and 13,608 users, making a world record!

Respective numbers of fanatical players together and for DreamHack Winter 2011. If you find it difficult to imagine the spectacle of more than 12,000 users with their computers, assembled under one roof to compete in LAN game, you can see the photos below. The festival was held last weekend, and participants experienced other than their skills and strengths in titles such as StarCraft II and Counter-Strike.
