HTC G1: The First Phone Running the Android Ice Cream Sandwich!

HTC G1- The first phone running the Android Ice Cream Sandwich

The HTC G1, was the first Android cell phone that was marketed in 2008 and as you can see an on-the standards of tech-old mobile phone. The technical specifications of the device is too outdated to run properly Android 2.3 Gingerbread, let alone the Ice Cream Sandwich. However, an XDA-developer – did the impossible. Released the first Ice Cream Sandwich ROM for the HTC G1. Since this is an alpha build some of the features do not work, such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but the basics, such as touch screen and all the new goodies in Ice Cream Sandwich famous work. The developer has also uploaded a video device running the new OS. Although the mobile fights to be able to meet its operating requirements, it is incredible, almost touching, to see the first device Android, to run the latest version of Android.
