Bad News for the Apple Solution Experts

In addition to the APR status, there are other less known, ESAs for Apple Solution Experts . Here is their description according to Apple:

These independent service providers have extensive knowledge of Apple products and solutions and have been selected by Apple for their expertise in the field of creation, including creating video, music or photography. With years of experience, the Apple Solution Experts – Creation can help you identify your technology needs and offer an excellent after sales support.

In a less bombastic style that are recognized experts in a field, video, music or photos that have recognition from Apple allowing them to buy mostly from the Apple Store machines configured with a (very small) discount and resell to their customers along with their expertise.

Bad news for them, Apple has to inform them that their reseller accounts at the Apple Store will be closed April 1. They can then order more custom configurations, precisely those that require their customers.

To date, Apple they propose will impose a new contract which they know anything yet but that will obviously destroy much of their business. Again, this new policy comes at the expense of the professional world using Macs and which has apparently not at all the favors Apple.
