Breakfast
In the morning there is always no time to cook, but breakfast can not be missed. Here are a few ideas that you can quickly eat to get energy for the entire first half of the day.
1. Oatmeal with dried fruits
In a small saucepan, heat ½ liter of milk. Add 6 tablespoons of oatmeal and cook over medium heat until boiling. Add a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, reduce the heat and cook for another couple of minutes.
At this time, chop a few berries of prunes and dried apricots, some nuts. Add them to the finished porridge with butter.
2. Fried eggs in bread

3. Omelet in tomato

5. Avocado Sandwich
Dry rye bread in a pan or in a toaster. During this time, chop the tomato and a small avocado. Season the vegetables with two tablespoons of hummus and a pinch of oregano. Spread bread and enjoy.
6. Oat Pancakes
In a blender bowl, combine ½ cup of oatmeal, 150 g of Greek yogurt, an egg and half a ripe banana. Add ½ tsp of baking powder and vanilla. Beat up. If it is watery, add 1–2 tablespoons of oatmeal and mix again.

7. Cheese porridge
Put 300 g of fat sour cream in a saucepan with a thick bottom and bring to a boil. While it is heated, 200 g of fresh Ossetian cheese mash with a fork. Add it to the boiling sour cream. Stir in a pinch of salt and a glass of cornmeal while stirring constantly. Boil, without stopping to stir, until creamy color. Cheese porridge must be viscous and supple.
8. French Croque-Monsieur Sandwiches
Toast bread (or plain wholegrain), grease with Dijon mustard and place on a baking sheet sprinkled with olive oil. On each piece, put the cheese grated on a large grater (ideally, Gruyere) and a slice of ham. Sprinkle with cheese again and cover with another piece of bread.

9. Banana topped with cinnamon
Toast bread or loaf grease with softened butter. For each piece, put a couple of slices of banana, pour with condensed milk, sprinkle with cane sugar and cinnamon. Cover with another piece of bread so that the butter is on top. Microwave for 30 seconds or toast in a waffle iron.
10. Toasts with peanut butter and fruit
Dry the white bread or loaf in a toaster, oven, or in a dry frying pan to form a crisp. Smear each piece of peanut butter and put on top any fruit of your choice, such as bananas, kiwi or strawberries. Serve the toast with hot coffee.
11. Curd cream with fruit
200–300 g of cottage cheese with 9% fat blender mix with 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream. Add 2-3 tablespoons of condensed milk and whisk again. Serve with seasonal or canned fruit and toast.
12. Banana and Berry Smoothie
Combine two ripe bananas in one bowl, ½ cup fresh or frozen berries (for example, raspberries and blueberries), a glass of berry juice and a glass of nonfat drinking yogurt. Beat the whole blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately to the table.
Dinner Dishes
You can secure yourself first for the week ahead – borscht and cabbage soup stand perfectly in the fridge for a week and make it only tastier. But the second is always not enough time and effort. But something tasty can be cooked and hastily.
13. Pasta with cheese in a mug
In a large mug, heat ½ cup of milk (one minute is enough in the microwave). Pour 2-3 tablespoons of fine pasta and send to microwave for another 3 minutes. Then remove, stir, sprinkle with grated cheese and cook another minute.
14. Cheese Fried Eggs

20. Lavash roll with ham
Mix the mayonnaise with ketchup (about 1-2 tablespoons) and garlic, passed through a press. Lubricate the mixture with a thin pita. It is better to double the last one so that the roll is stronger. For the filling, use ham or sausage (should be cut into thin slices) and hard cheese (rub it on a grater). Roll the pita into a roll and cut into portions about two centimeters wide.
21. Chicken Burrito
Diced smoked ham or boiled chicken fillet. Wrap the meat in a tortilla smeared with tomato sauce, along with fresh cucumber, lettuce and mozzarella. If desired, add chopped cilantro, basil or other herbs to taste.
Heat a burrito in a hot, hot frying pan to form a brown crust and melt the cheese inside.
22. Sausages with bacon and cheese

When almost all the liquid has evaporated from the mushrooms, add 100 g of heavy cream. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and simmer for a couple of minutes. Creamy cream is a sign of readiness.
25. Pizza on a loaf
Make the stuffing: 200 g of ham cut into cubes, 200 g of hard cheese rubbed, salt, pepper and season with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and ketchup. Put the dressing in pieces of loaf, sprinkle with chopped greens and bake in a well-heated oven until the cheese melts.
26. Bruschetta
Smear a long loaf of bread or toast with butter mixed with garlic and dry for 1-2 minutes in the oven. Top with slices of mozzarella or other cheese to your taste, then diced tomatoes with chopped basil, seasoned with olive oil and salt, pepper and other spices. Send the finished bruschetta to the oven for another couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
27. Poached Egg with Spicy Sauce
Prepare a poached egg. To do this, boil 2 glasses of water, add salt and ½ tablespoon of wine vinegar. Break the egg into a plow or deep skimmer, oiled with vegetable oil. Gently dip in boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes. Serve poached eggs with spicy sauce: 200 g of plain yogurt mixed with a clove of garlic, passed through a press, paprika, salt and pepper.
28. Zucchini in lemon juice
Put the peeled and sliced ??zucchini (200–300 g) into the pan with melted butter (20–30 g). Salt and pepper to taste. Pour juice of one lemon and simmer on high heat with the lid closed for 5 minutes.
Snacks
The following meals can be eaten separately or with others. Many of them are a great solution for a light dinner.
29. Smoked Herring Pate
Take the fillet of one smoked herring, or cut up the fish yourself and chop with a blender together with 200 g of butter, black pepper and the pulp of one lemon. You should get a homogeneous mass, which must be laid out in a glass or plastic container and kept in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. With herring pate and Borodino bread, excellent sandwiches are obtained.
30. Beets with nuts
Cook one small beetroot . When the vegetable has cooled, peel it and rub on a medium grater. Salt it. In a mortar or coffee grinder, chop a handful of walnuts. Combine them with beets, season with olive oil and serve.
31. Tomatoes with cheese and garlic
