Gigabyte Launches GeForce GTX 660 Ti with 3 GB and Windforce 2

The Gigabyte released a new version of the Geforce GTX 660 Ti With 3 GB of RAM and GDDR 5 Windforce and 3X cooling solution. The model will hit the market in coming weeks to fight for space between the plates of high performance input.

A good amount of on-board memory operates at a nominal frequency of 6008 MHz and is accessed by a 192-bit interface connecting banks of RAM and GPU. The graphics processor, which reaches up to 915 MHz clock (980 MHz via Boost Clock) is based on the latest architecture from Nvidia .

In encapsulation, Gigabyte has implemented its cooling solution known as Windforce. The three coolers and radiators are designed with precision to enhance the cooling plate without generating much noise. According to the manufacturer, the Windforce 3X board has applied to 10% higher performance cooling system standard developed by Nvidia in reference models.

On the rear panel, the new motherboard from Gigabyte has four connectivity options. There are HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI-I and DVI-D. Awaited in the market within a few weeks, the estimated price of each unit is $ 380 (about £ 800 at odds of 22/11).
